SHOP - SHIPPING POLICY
Please see our shipping charges below.
I charge for First Class postage, which has an expected delivery time of 3-5 days and I normally send shop orders out on the day received, or the following business day if over the weekend.
Included in the charge are some additional costs for packaging depending on the item and volume of the order.
If you would like to receive your items by other delivery method, such as recorded, courier or guaranteed deliver, please contact me at harriet@popooch.com and I will be very happy to help in any way I can.
SHOP - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I really hope you like Popooch products, and my genuine intention is to provide you - my customer - with something memorable and that makes you smile, perhaps inspires you to recommend me to a friend or loved one.
But, things go wrong - and you may want to return your purchase to me for whatever reason.
Here is my promise to you. I will refund you 100% of the purchase price of items you bought from me, no questions. Hopefully the next purchase you make will raise that smile and bring you the happiness I seek.
To return your items, simply email me at harriet@popooch.com together with your order number and I will be in contact to arrange receipt of returned goods and a full refund.

As the artist I retain all copyright and intellectual property of any paintings I undertake, meaning I may choose to print and sell greetings cards or other products from them without restriction.
